I purchased my 62 plate Hilux Invincible last week and drove it from Birmingham to Aberdeen. I was very pleased with the performance and the fuel economy averaged 32mpg at 70mph. Purchased a Chip Express tuning box and fitted it earlier today and took the truck for a run on the setting supplied. The difference was instantly noticeable. I then raised the setting even higher and I cannot believe the difference! It has an awful lot more power and hangs on to top gear for a lot longer but the best part is that the MPG has gone right up to 37mpg at 70mph. Thoroughly recommend this to be fitted to any Hilux. Should have come from the factory like this as standard as it has totally changed a great truck to an even greater truck to drive, thanks to the guys at Chip Express!

Just thought I would let you know how happy I am with the unit I purchased. I have had it fitted to my 2014 Toyota Hilux / Vigo Champ 3lt Auto for just on a year, I fitted it at 10,000 klms. I only remove it when I go for the scheduled services at the local Toyota dealer, just in case they disprove of it whilst the vehicle is under warranty. As soon as the service is complete I refit it straight away as the difference in driveability, i.e. power, auto gear shifts and smoothness is so noticeable. I have also achieved about a 5%+ fuel saving. Before I ordered the unit from you I was hoping I was not wasting my money, but the unit has exceeded my expectations and lived up to all your claims. Had your chip for 12 weeks now and tried all different tests (on and off), I do the same 250 mile trip most weeks and lots of urban driving. I am a pessimist at heart but can’t fault your chip. My 3.0 D-4D Invincible automatic is a different car with the chip fitted, performance and economy is so much improved, for anyone owning a Hilux this is a must as it transforms the car!
A great product, it took just 5 working days to reach the South Island of New Zealand. Easy install and my 2013 Hilux 4WD was away with great results as advertised, straight out if the box! A very marked difference in acceleration and top end, acceleration at speeds over 120kph was very good. So a big "thumbs up" and thanks to all the team there!
Purchased a chip for my 2011 MK6 Hilux and I am very pleased. I've noticed a lot more power, its quieter and the automatic box also seems smoother. I fitted the unit early January and have run it now for 2500 miles (two trips were 500+ miles) the difference in performance is excellent. It basically drives properly as it should now. Recommended to anyone with a new Invincible!
Fitted the kit to my 2009 Toyota Hilux 3.0 Invincible, but was worried by some scare stories. No need. Easy to install and economy went from 32 mpg to 36 mpg. 42 mpg on a long run. Still the same after two years. I could not recommend it enough!

Just a quick note to let you know that your product has made a huge difference to the performance of the vehicle. It has made the power so much smoother over the entire rev range, given added thump when needed, and the economy has noticeably improved after a long run over known mileage this past weekend. Really impressed with the chip and was surprised how simple it was to install, especially as I hate dealing with electrics of any sort being a 'mechanical engineer'. Those sparky things are well left alone usually for us types. Thanks to everyone for their help and advice and prompt service.

My Hilux (bought second-hand) came fitted with the CHIP Express which I removed... temporarily! I can honestly say if i had test drove my Hilux when purchasing without the chip i would not have purchased it, it is totally underpowered, very noisy and grough. CHIP Express is a must have!
My vehicle is 102 HP 2004 Toyota Hilux 2.5 D-4D with 50,000 miles running 31 10/50 15 tyres. Your chip has smoothened out the power very well! It now pulls evenly through the rev range with no excess fuel knock or injector rattle on overrun, no blacking on power from the exhaust. The increased torque means less loss of speed on hills but also you notice the fact that you don't need to change down as much on mountain roads. When I tested this Toyota for the car magazines in 2004 my main gripe was that the long gear ratios were not suited to the short power band on the 2.5 D-4D... but your chip does what the manufacturers should have done by making the engine pull from lower in the rev range... on these vehicles that is a welcomed change to its original characteristics!

“As do many, I took the 'if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is' approach to performance chips. But CHIP Express were recommended by an impeccable source who had had experience with their product on my model of car - a Citroën C6 with the 2.7 HDi twin turbo diesel. Following a first rate response to a query, the product has delivered in spades. Ten days and more than 1000 miles of mixed town, country, low and high speed driving later I am certainly getting more than 10% more from a gallon, and probably 15%, and the performance is markedly better. Low speed response is immediate and has eradicated what I took to be baked-in lag in a big automatic turbo diesel, and mid-range acceleration is silky smooth, including up inclines. “Be assured, this is NO gimmick. Arrived yesterday (less then 24 hours after the order was placed) and fitted today. The fitting was easy especially with the photos and instructions sent with the chip. The first thing I noticed was the responsiveness of the engine from a standing start, no more lag. I then went on a 30 minute drive both motorway and sideroads and my average fuel consumption went UP from 33.3mpg to 38.7mpg.
