So far nothing has indicated that the engine is not happy running this device. Fourthly the performance has improved considerably and that's running on the default settings. All I can say is that for a first impression on service and performance CHIP Express has done exactly what it says on the tin, which in this day and age I find quite rare. I am really really impressed with both product and service... and I've not said that for sometime.

Quite simply this is the best money I have ever spend on any gadget for any car. Even my wife loves it and she fell out with me when I placed my order. I would never have another diesel car without fitting one of these chips and cannot recommend then highly enough.

These Multitronic Audi gearboxes are super smooth anyway, but they became smooth like a payne of glass with the box fitted, especially the A8, which became barely noticeable when changing gear. The power increase was awesome and the fuel economy went up by around 5 mpg which in an A8 is welcome! Overall both of my cars have been even more joyous to drive when fitted with these boxes. I have also recommended you to a few people who bought boxes and have been equally as pleased!

Test drive immediately showed improvement in torque and power which is significant considering that the SQ5 is already a powerful car. Driving pleasure is improved. Economy, whilst this wasn't a priority on a regular run on the highway under similar conditions driving for one hour economy improved from 7.7 Lts/100 Km to 6.8 Lts/100 Km. Under urban conditions the improvement is about 1.2 Lts/100 Km. CHIP Express delivered what it was said it would and now some of my colleagues are looking at this option. Thanks, William.

This turned out to be a speedy, hassle-free process and all done very professionally. The chip arrived within a few days, complete with fresh Audi cables in the box, like new. I knew what to expect as I had had the chip fitted to my other car. Once fitted, the amount of torque which the chip delivered over the standard was obscene. The Q7 as standard is a torque powered beast, but with the chip it could start the world turning again, but the nice thing is that this torque was still delivering further up the rev range giving me much more drivability, over taking and towing power. For those of you hesitating and thinking of upgrading to a tuning chip, I can highly recommend it, it’s a very quick, clean, easy process to fit and gives an instantly different feel to your car. Don’t think, just get one and you won’t be disappointed! I even have one fitted on my Wife’s MK7 Golf and it’s a dream to drive also. A great product indeed!

The massive low down flat spot has now gone and power is available at all throttle openings. The engine is far more powerful throughout the rev range. The only let down is the TT's gearing which in 1st and 2nd seems to low for such a car. Once in 3rd she really pulls like a train. Improved economy too, on a run I can get over 60mpg, about town and normal driving I get high 50’s. Prior to fitment the best I got was low 50’s. Customer service is exemplary. I recommend the unit to all of my friends with diesel powered cars and vans. Best accessory you can buy for the money!

I have now adjusted the chip to maximum and this has well exceeded my expectations, overtaking is rapid, engine is smooth with no lag and I'm still getting 55-60mpg. I have had remaps a couple of times and plug in tuning boxes several times, and whilst I know they work, I was taking large pinches of salt as I was reading your website, as every other chip I have had showed great MPG improvements in fuel consumption, which was always debunked by doing tank full to tank full calculations. Now two full tank to tank calcs later I surrender! I don’t know how you did it but it appears you have. Pre chip I was averaging 42-44 MPG per tank full, with distance covered being between 475 and 490 miles. The last 2 tank fills since fitting have been 517 with an mpg of 46.34, and 510 with an mpg of 47.23. In addition the turbo lag has virtually gone and what was an already very swift and flexible engine is now improved enormously, so I have to say thank you!

Since fitting the Q3 drives much smoother and the DSG transmission is better mated to the engine. It is still very economical and the downshifts are now much faster and more precise - instead of a the big jerk on the original tune. Torque has increased and there is more pulling power when taking off from a halt which helped me a lot in traffic. I was going to upgrade to the 170PS / 130kw model but don't need to anymore. I used to have to put it in SPORT mode to get it to go but now the normal mode is more than enough. I am very happy with optimum tune provided.

CHIP Express confirmed that the chip will plug and play without any need for adjustments as both the Audi and Volkswagen use the same engine. I cannot recommend the product and company highly enough. Don't go for cheap and nasty. Go for trusted service, absolute honesty and reliability from the guys who know!

The task was indeed extremely simple and had I pushed my doubts away would have managed with no hassle. It is as simple as CHIP Express tell you it is. So now to the results: Absolutely incredible! I have left mine at the setting supplied and the results are amazing. Throttle is crisp and responsive, gear changes seem smoother. Absolutely no engine lag, mid range it pulls like a steam train, gear changes do indeed arrive sooner and as claimed there is much more speed variance available with no engine labour in the higher gears, so less changing down. Absolutely chuffed to bits. I made the decision to go with a diesel based on economy but now also have the performance of the petrol version. Fantastic!

I sold a 5.7L AMG E55 to buy this A7, and it’s now amazing how close the A7 is to the E55 in terms of rolling performance…....with the save-the-plant benefit of 1/2 to 1/3 of the fuel usage. And I’m probably getting 10% better fuel performance from the A7 after after fitment. What’s not to love!

The engine feels much more eager and responsive when you put your foot down as the extra horses and increased torque kick in. It works perfectly with my 7 speed DSG gearbox which is clever enough to change up or down dependant on engine load, and now it seems to select a higher gear at lower speeds than before, less throttle is needed for normal driving which had my average economy edging toward 40mpg (normally 32mpg) for an urban journey of less than 12 miles. Looking forwards to seeing if I can better my 43mpg on a run from Hampshire to Cornwall in a few weeks. Think I'll leave the chip on the supplied setting as so far it's giving me everything I'd hoped for.
