I have been using CHIP Express in my Hyundai i30 1.6 CRDi for over three years now and I can thoroughly recommend them. I installed the module into my i30 from new after an initial 5,000km of run-in. The improved performance is outstanding, with improved fuel economy to boot. I live in Australia and do a lot of long distance country driving often in conditions of extreme heat and my car has ran flawlessly. Furthermore, installation of the unit was foolproof with step-by-step instructions and can be removed easily prior to dealer servicing. Warranty intact! On long stretches of country road the performance increase means overtaking road trains and the like is now effortless. The fun factor on winding roads means that I still enjoy my car after three years of driving it. In fact, sometimes it feels almost like to much performance for the car. Almost. Fortunately, the ability to adjust the required performance is useful. After initial trials, I settled for somewhere in the middle, in terms of power produced. This seemed to provide me with a good balance of performance and improved fuel economy. Though, lately I have moved things up a notch and enjoying the benefits. Fuel economy has improved noticeably, somewhere between 5.2-5.4L/100 km with all types of driving. After 100,000 km of driving the saving on fuel has meant that unit has paid for itself, and some; this is based on comparing the first 5,000 km without the unit installed in combination with reports from other i30 users. All up, anyone considering installing ChipExpress into their diesel Hyundai should not hesitate. It’s a fantastic product and the Team there have been most helpful. I have just purchased a new BMW and I can already feel another visit to ChipExpress is imminent!
Just a quick update. I have raised the fine tuning to ++ on program 1 and it seems to be the best of all worlds. Negligible turbo lag with a good turn of performance and MPG. Tuscon's are never going to be quick, but it certainly is an improvement over the base setup. 54 MPG if driven normally vs 43 MPG without the box. Super happy on the motorway, with decent 50-70 MPH pace in 6th, you had to drop a gear in the past to get the speed to increase. Thanks for all your help.
I sent my chip for upgrade Monday and had it returned a few days later, what a brilliant service! Once the new chip was fitted I once again immediately felt the difference. I have had the chip on four vehicles now and would not be without one. Thanks again for a great product and wonderful service!

“As do many, I took the 'if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is' approach to performance chips. But CHIP Express were recommended by an impeccable source who had had experience with their product on my model of car - a Citroën C6 with the 2.7 HDi twin turbo diesel. Following a first rate response to a query, the product has delivered in spades. Ten days and more than 1000 miles of mixed town, country, low and high speed driving later I am certainly getting more than 10% more from a gallon, and probably 15%, and the performance is markedly better. Low speed response is immediate and has eradicated what I took to be baked-in lag in a big automatic turbo diesel, and mid-range acceleration is silky smooth, including up inclines. A very good car has been turned into the excellent car I had hoped for all along.”

“May I congratulate you on this diesel tuning product as it has made a noticeable difference to my Land Rover Discovery. I have tried other diesel tuning boxes for my previous vehicles (Kia Sorento, Peugeot 206 and Vauxhall Vectra)... and they all produced slight engine stuttering under certain load conditions.
