CHIP Express™ Terms & Conditions
- All goods remain the property of CHIP Express™ until full payment is received.
- The majority of orders are dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery, but please allow up to ten working days for delivery.
- CHIP Express™ systems carry a non transferable three year product warranty from date of purchase.
- If units are found to be faulty within the warranty period, the original unit must be returned to CHIP Express™ for repair with the original invoice. If a unit is found to be un-repairable, a new one will be issued. Faulty systems damaged due to misuse are not covered.
- If within the first 14 days you decide not to keep the CHIP Express™ system you will be charged an admin fee of £25.00. The remainder of your original purchase amount will be refunded via your original payment method upon receipt of returned goods. Return postage fees will not be refunded. When returning goods only use parcel carriers who are able to track products when in transit (i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery). The product must be properly packed and include a copy of the invoice. Please specify clearly that you want to make use of the right of cancellation and that consequently you want to have the amount refunded.
- All CHIP Express™ tuning systems are bespoke and therefore excluded from the distance selling regulations.
- CHIP Express™ will not accept any liability in respect of damaged caused during fitting; the wear rate of perishable items (clutch, tyres) and / or any mechanical or subsequent failure from use of our system.
- Power figures in all CHIP Express™ publications cannot be guaranteed.
- You are responsible for notifying you insurance about any modifications to your vehicle.
- CHIP Express™ reserves the right to make changes and updates to the terms and conditions at any time.
