Fine Tuning
All chips come pre-set for optimal power and economy so adjustment is not necessary: you can simply plug-in and enjoy! Not all vehicles will achieve Max figures when on a higher setting, most standard vehicles will achieve a power between After and Max figures. To fine-tune your system simply press the HIGH or LOW buttons on the keypad to make small incremental adjustments above or below the supplied setting, easy to do and fully explained in instructions supplied.

Unlike "generic" diesel tuning systems, this advanced, self fit chip will be programmed specifically to optimise your Audi A6 MK4 3.0 BiTDI. I bought one of your chips for my A6 3.0 TDI Quattro. I am delighted so far with the difference, I only purchased it for the fuel economy. Urban has increased from 25 mpg to between 30 and 31 mpg. On a motorway trip of 110 miles the car returned 45 mpg although this is usually late thirtys rather than in the fourtys. Thank you great product.
Holy Dooley... I'm impressed! First off, I ordered the item at 3pm on a Monday and had a knock from the postman at 11am the following day, that's only 20 hours from order to having it in my hand. Secondly it took me less than 4 minutes to fit the device to my new A6 Avant 2.0 TDI Ultra. Thirdly I have just cracked 53.1 MPG on a short (2 junction) motorway run (which is up from a previous best of 47.2 after a long motorway stint), to see what the device was like and ensure there were no warning lights etc or general issues with running it. So far nothing has indicated that the engine is not happy running this device. Fourthly the performance has improved considerably and that's running on the default settings. All I can say is that for a first impression on service and performance CHIP Express has done exactly what it says on the tin, which in this day and age I find quite rare. I am really really impressed with both product and service... and I've not said that for sometime.
Since fitting the CHIP Express device my 2013 Audi A6 3.0 Quattro is now how it should've come out of the factory - better throttle response, quicker, and with a significant improvement in fuel economy. I'm running the device in +2 and the results are excellent!
I have had this chip installed for almost 2 years on my Audi A6 (C7) 3.0L BITDI and have covered approx 80 000km since. The additional power has turned this into a top purchase! “Be assured, this is NO gimmick. Arrived yesterday (less then 24 hours after the order was placed) and fitted today. The fitting was easy especially with the photos and instructions sent with the chip. The first thing I noticed was the responsiveness of the engine from a standing start, no more lag. I then went on a 30 minute drive both motorway and sideroads and my average fuel consumption went UP from 33.3mpg to 38.7mpg.
