The first CHIP Express box I bought was for my Peugeot 206 2.0 HDI quite a few years ago and the difference it made was fantastic I've now got a 2013 Vauxhall Mokka 1.7 CDTi with a new chip box and it's just as fantastic. I have had my Chip Express fitted for about 6 months now to my Insignia 130ps EcoFLEX. Instant power increase and getting on average 56 miles to the gallon even with my heavy right foot!! I have been meaning to play around with the fine tuning settings for a while but only just got round to it yesterday. MY GOD what an even bigger difference... the car pulls like a freight train in 5th and 6th gears now and acceleration in 3rd and 4th is awesome!!! No extra smoke or soot and runs really smooth still. Just wanted to pass on my thanks, Chip Express is a fantastic product! I used to loathe driving my Frontera, but now I love it, I can not wait to get driving it. The formerly gutless motor now has power and torque I didn’t know it was even capable of producing. Driveability has increased 10 fold, the pre-chipped motor only had a small amount of power between 2000- 3000 rpm and just had no power past 3000rpm, now with Chip Express it pulls like a train right the way through the rev range up to 5000rpm limit, and the low-down torque is unbelievable! Fitting was simple and took 5 minutes, no problem. Fuel economy has definitely improved, although I have not quite worked out exact figures yet, but I will get to that. Another thing is that the engine now sounds and runs perfectly, it’s very smooth, even on idle. I will be recommending your product to everyone I know with a diesel car, I am just sooo impressed with this product. Thanks again guys!
Hi guys, it's me again with a red face. Here's a good tip, don't try a fit a chip on an icy car when it's freezing cold and your fingers are as flexible as lead pipes. Go for a drive to warm the car up, leave it 5 minutes and have a cup of good old tea to warm the hands, then hey presto the chip will fit first time. Just been for a drive with the system fitted and WOW it is very impressive, it sounds quieter, feels smoother and the performance is terrific. Well done!
A good product and a good service deserves recognition: I fitted a CHIP Express unit to my Insignia. What an amazing bit of kit! My fuel economy and performance went way up and with the mileage I do was a Godsend! On a run to Aberdeen from Hull I returned an average of 62 MPG and I drive quite energetically! I've just taken up the trade in offer and saved a few quid on a new system. The Vauxhall has now gone with 125,000 trouble free miles and I have changed car to a Volvo S60 D3. Ordered Wednesday received Thursday, a great service. It was a doddle to fit on my Astra and its running very well with just that kick of speed on hand should you need it. I am finding myself going out in my car for drives, not because I have to but because I want to!
At about 4pm yesterday I ordered a chip for my brand new Vauxhall Antara, it promptly arrived at 11am this morning and took less then 5 minutes to fit, now that's what I call service! I can't recommend this system highly enough! I have had a CHIP Express system fitted to my Saab 9-3 1.9 TID 150 for a few years and now I've bought another chip for my Astra Twin Top. The 9-3 and Astra share the same engine so I could of just swapped over the box from one car to the other - but because the CHIP Express has transformed the driving ability and economy of the Saab so much I would not want either car without it. Incidentally when I bought the Astra the previous owner gave me a tuning box that he had fitted. Unfortunately it was nowhere near as good as yours and when fitted after a few days it put the car into limp home mode causing a light to pop up on the dash. Anyway as expected and once again the CHIP Express box has worked wonders, effortless power, no flat spots and far better economy. It's changed the Astra convertible from not just being fun in the sun but fun all year round!
My new 2015 Vivaro is running great, the throttle response is improved, RPM's now climb faster and fuel consumption has been reduced. So all in all a happy customer and many thanks to yourselves!
I purchased a CHIP Express for my new 2012 Vauxhall Astra SRI 2.0 CDTi. Well what can I say? What an improvement from just adding the chip! It has improved all what it says on the box. I've just increased the power to max and I am still getting 48mpg. I would really recommend these chips to anyone who has a diesel. The power and torque is such an improvement over standard!

“May I congratulate you on this diesel tuning product as it has made a noticeable difference to my Land Rover Discovery. I have tried other diesel tuning boxes for my previous vehicles (Kia Sorento, Peugeot 206 and Vauxhall Vectra)... and they all produced slight engine stuttering under certain load conditions. The CHIP Express system does not show any evidence of this and is equal to the likes of an ECU remap (which I have also had done before) for smoothness and noticeable power gains.
