    This is the second car to which I have fitted a Chip Express system, and once again I am absolutely delighted. Engine performance is transformed with a first journey that returned 46MPG over speeds ranging from 40 to motorway speeds. Gear changes are smoother, acceleration fantastic and a general performance that will easily match and exceed any equivalent petrol car on the road. Incredibly easy to fit and once again has proved to be completely hassle free. Having driven diesel cars for the last 25 years, my only regret is that I did not discover this company and what they do until a few years ago. The Chip Express service is second to none. I posted my existing box to them on Thursday and they had it re-programmed and back with me by Saturday morning. So, if your thinking about it, put your worries aside and just get one. You wont regret it!

    Just received my chip for my new 2011 Ford Focus diesel, I am truly impressed by the intelligent reconfiguration of the power curve. Absolutely brilliant low end torque and very linear. Leaving the chip in the standard setting is great, but if you are wanting more BUTA BING BUTA BOOM put the car in sports mode and WOW its fast. I know that there will be greater fuel economy because of the superb low end pulling power which means you do not need to open the throttle as much. Very happy!

    WOW, what a difference! I am half handy-half dangerous and it was absolutely simple to install. Idle is smooth and, as you said, power is noticeably better from 1000rpm onwards, particularly between it's usual range. A gain in both kilowatts and torque is immediately obvious. Engine temperature and behaviour is perfectly normal (it's 30C plus here) and the differences are delivered smoothly and subtlety. One very happy customer!

    Ordered at 3.30pm and it arrived and was fitted by 10.30am the following morning. Fitting was simplicity itself and could not have been easier. Have not driven it far yet but there is a noticeable increase in power but more importantly loads more low down torque for drivability. BRILLIANT and much better value and better increases than Volvos own Polestar chip! FOLLOW UP: Further to my earlier posting I have now had more opportunity to drive the car since fitting the CHIP Express box. The car is noticeably smoother, and the increase in torque not only provided better drivability but the auto box now changes down sooner on demand and up into top gear earlier on light throttle. This has resulted in an indicated increase in fuel economy, I am now getting 470 miles to a tank as apposed to 400 before fitting the box. Absolutely delighted!

    May I congratulate you on this diesel tuning product as it has made a noticeable difference to my Land Rover Discovery. I have tried other diesel tuning boxes for my previous vehicles (Kia Sorento, Peugeot 206 and Vauxhall Vectra)... and they all produced slight engine stuttering under certain load conditions. The Chip Express system does not show any evidence of this and is equal to the likes of an ECU remap from Superchips (which I have also had done before) for smoothness and noticeable power gains but for a great deal less money. This would be the only diesel tuning product I would recommend.

    Not very scieintific I know, but have just been to our office and back, mainly motorway, cruise control set... used where possible, journey down with the chip isolated, 68mph average, 46.2mpg at end of journey. Re-installed chip over lunch and return journey was 65mph average and 56.4mpg. Thats 10 miles more per gallon, or 20% less fuel!

The gear changing on the auto is now so SMOOTH you have to watch the rev counter to even notice the change, BRILL (before you would feel it going through the gears). Just to say that I fitted the CHIP Express last weekend and I am now getting 50 MPG on and around town (compared to 44 MPG previously) and a phenomenal 59 MPG on this mornings commute to work (120 mile round trip). Previous average was 46 MPG. I was initially very sceptical about improvement but sensible use of throttle and with unit in default setting I have been blown away by the improvement!     Received the kit for my Honda CR-V this morning - less than 24 hours after I ordered it. Simple, clear instructions. I spent 5 minutes reading through the instructions and it took me just under 10 minutes from start to finish to install the system - and I have no mechanical knowledge or experience, so if I can do it anyone can. Left the setting on the pre-configured mark and went for a test drive and WOW! Immediate and noticeable increase in power and especially torque. Could not resist tweaking it so increased to the next level and went for another test drive. DOUBLE WOW! I am amazed! I think I shall leave it on this setting - it definitely does not need any more! All in all I can recommend this system - it does exactly what it says it will do and it is a simple 10 minute job to install.

    I bought the chips for around town fuel savings. I have just fitted chips to my Mercedes S320 CDI, and C220 CDI, and the results are fantastic. Both vehicles are smoother, and have much more low end torque. They upshift sooner, and hold onto gears longer on inclines. We have reduced our fuel consumption by 10% around town, and by 5% on country runs. Many thanks for your prompt and efficient service, Western Australia is a long way from Hertfordshire!

I already had a tuning box which produced a max of 215PS for my E90 320d BMW (177PS). Whilst decent enough, there was considerable piston slap under hard acceleration. The CHIP Express tuning system provided a much quieter and smoother power and torque delivery without fuss! The system is intelligent in the way it soon adapts to your driving style and the way the vehicle is being driven so you do not get the sudden jolt you might get with other boxes under hard acceleration. I am really impressed with the overall performance of my 3-series and I think you set the benchmark for diesel tuning systems.     I have just fitted one of your chips to the above vehicle, and I have to say that the improvement to both mid range performance and MPG has been amazing. Both my partner and I just cannot see why Mercedes do not run with these devices as standard. It makes a pretty gutless and dull car so much better. We did not, of course buy this car for its performance, my partner needed an automatic due to her bad knee, however both of us were surprised quite how dull it was to drive. Well after hours of research of almost every supplier in the country and still in doubt I thought I would give it a go. It arrived just 16 hours after I placed the order! Now the real test, what does it do? 600 miles later and a lot of playing with the throttle I can confirm it DOES what it says in every way, loads more initial low RPM power… almost a second off the 0-60 and in kick down you almost have to learn to drive again, especially in the wet! My jaguar XJ now really drives like you expect a Jaguar to drive! Fuel consumption is better too (by about 6/7 mpg) but I am still having fun with the throttle so no real tests. Now that’s why you chip, and that’s why I recommend CHIP Express... brilliant!

    If you looked out of your window to the west on Saturday evening, you would have seen a red glow on the horizon. That was my face burning with embarrassment and shame. Long story short... I finally saw the black and the white plug. Oh Happy Days!!!! Anyway, installed the Chip and immediately noticed how nice it ran. We took a test trip to a neighbouring town (about 50 miles) and Ol' Purple ran like a million bucks! Smooth and sweet, the Detroit absolutely ATE the hills that only last week were a struggle, pulling smoothly from 1100 rpm up. Now, instead of mashing the gas pedal to the floor, I just feather it and the truck pulls away "slicker 'n dick".     Having spent a lot of money on my new TT I was somewhat nervous about fitting the chip... I contacted Chip Express... the technician I spoke to laid my fears to rest... although entirely willing to fit the chip for me (at a small cost) assured me that this was not necessary and offered to talk me through the process by phone. As it was raining heavily I declined. The following day and still being a little concerned regarding my technical ability my friend fitted it for me (using the supplied photo instructions). The task was indeed extremely simple and had I pushed my doubts away would have managed with no hassle. It is as simple as Chip Express tell you it is. So now to the result: Absolutely incredible! I have left mine at the setting supplied and the results are amazing. Throttle is crisp and responsive, gear changes seem smoother. Absolutely no engine lag... mid range it pulls like a steam train... gear changes do indeed arrive sooner and as claimed there is much more speed variance available with no engine labour in the higher gears, so less changing down. Absolutely chuffed to bits. I made the decision to go with a diesel based on economy... but now also have the performance of the petrol version. Fantastic!

    I installed your tuning system into a Ford Focus 1.8TDCi (115PS) after reading all the favourable testimonials. I have to say it did not disappoint... I tested it by driving up to Leeds and back which is a 180 mile round trip for me. I would normally expect about 53-55mpg driving @ around 65-70 mph; with the Chip Express installed I achieved 65MPG! That equates to an improvement of around 20%. Extremely easy to install which took about 10 minutes.

    Just a line to tell you how happy I am with my CHIP Express box. Last weekend my wife and I went to Coventry in our Citroen Xsara 110 HDI. On the way there we averaged 58mph and 68.9 mpg. Despite the box only being on the first notch the increase in low rpm torque was quite apparent, enabling the engine to pull at 1500rpm in top gear. When changing lanes at 1750rpm there was a marked improvement, the acceleration being more positive than before.     Installed the tuning module last week and I am extremely pleased with the results. Prior to installation I enjoyed driving my car, but now I really love driving the car. Makes me wonder why anyone would spend 11000 more to purchase a 530D. During the past week I tried the various settings and have had positive results with all levels. Fuel economy has only improved approximately two percent at highest setting, probably because the increased power entices me to drive more quickly. Recommended for the F10 520D!

The formerly gutless motor now has power and torque I didn’t know it was even capable of producing. Driveability has increased 10 fold, the pre-chipped motor only had a small amount of power between 2000- 3000 rpm and just had no power past 3000rpm, now with Chip Express it pulls like a train right the way through the rev range up to 5000rpm limit, and the low-down torque is unbelievable! Fitting was simple and took 5 minutes, no problem. Fuel economy has definitely improved, although I have not quite worked out exact figures yet, but I will get to that. Another thing is that the engine now sounds and runs perfectly, it’s very smooth, even on idle.     After a very simple and easy fit (two weeks and around 2000Km later) I can only say how happy and surprised I am with the results I have experienced from your product. The performance increase feels to be in line with the figures you quote and the fuel economy so far works out to be around a 12-14% improvement over the non fitted figure. The unit was ordered around 2:30 one afternoon and was delivered at 7:30am the next morning, absolutely fantastic service! I fitted the unit on my lunch break at work and the installation was incredibly simple. The difference is fantastic, the car revs smoother and higher, no need to rev the engine a little bit whilst pulling away now as it feels like the power is instantly available from a standstill. Go for a run in the car warm it up, leave it 5 minutes and have a cup of good old tea warm the hands and hey presto it fits first time. The increased torque means less loss of speed on hills but also you notice the fact that you don't need to change down as much on mountain roads. When I tested this Toyota for the car magazines in 2004 my main gripe was that the long gear ratios were not suited to the short power band on the 2.5 D-4D... but your chip does what the manufacturers should have done by making the engine pull from lower in the rev range... on these vehicles that is a welcomed change to its original characteristics!

    I have installed the chip unit during the weekend and I am very happy with the results. The car is now much smoother to drive and has better pulling power ... I noticed this while driving the 55 kilometres to work this morning. I am normally using around 6.7ltrs/100 kilometres but today I was registering around 5.6ltrs/100 kilometres. The indicator on this car is pretty accurate as I often check this manually, which is very easy for me as I am driving the same distance each day. The new chip unit also seems to have solved two little niggles that I have had about this car. One was that it had a small flat spot/ hesitation around 1700rpm, which has now been cured. The other was that when coming into a roundabout I often had to drop down to second gear because the motor did not have the extra torque needed to go around in third, which is more often than not the more appropriate gear. Now I can comfortably go around in third gear and still have the ability to accelerate out again if required. I have already started to spread the word about this excellent product to all my friends and many colleagues!
