The fitting was very easy with the hardest part being getting access to the big plug on the back of the injector pump. The increase in power was immediately noticeable. I could feel the turbo kick in. In fact, at it's previous service I had asked the mechanic to check if the turbo was working as I couldn't feel it doing anything. I had purchased the chip so I could tow my caravan more easily and it certainly does that. It's no longer an embarrassing slug. Initial results also show a definite increase in fuel economy with it getting at least an improvement of 10%. I wish I had purchased one earlier!

The hesitation when accelerating from a standstill with a cold engine has gone and there is much more torque when you need it. Example, traveling at 60mph and going up a long motorway gradient you can now maintain a speed (within reason) rather than it dying away and having to drop gears. More like the performance I used to get from my 2017 Navara fitted with a CHIP Express. A big improvement!
